Set hour type at the task level

For projects where there can be capital expense or operational expense, having the project manager set the hour type at the task level would ensure the time is being reported to the correct hour type. This would override the default time set in the timesheets.

    My enhancement to this idea would be to have the ability to set "hour type" on tasks within templates - that way, when you launch a project from a template, all the hour types are already accurately set and limits the risk that project team members will select the wrong hour type for their task work.
