With the Release 22.2, there was a functionality introduced to allow Users to Edit/Delete a Comment within 7 seconds before it becomes permanent. But this option is only available of the Access Level option "Never allow users to delete comments" is deselected.
This functionality needs to be separated from the more permanent access level, so that users can update a comment within 7 seconds if they need to and not have the ability to later delete a comment.
