When using the 'Send Report' function for a matrix report, if the report format type selected is PDF, the sent PDF report includes only summary information (ie: data on the Matrix tab). The sent PDF does not include any detail (ie: data on the Details tab).
If 'Send Report' for a matrix report uses any other report format type (eg: Excel), the sent report includes both the summary and detail.
Please include the detail on the matrix PDF when using 'Send Report'.
