Send Report Attachment in Milestone View Report Make it optional or Make it Match the Milestone View

I have created a report to show the milestone using the out of the box milestone view. I sent the report to my test email. The resulting email contains an attachment pdf file - that pdf file does not contain the information (milestones) - this is very confusing. I want the option to not attach this pdf file.

In the email - when you click the name of the report (link) it takes you to workfront and you can see the milestone view. - correctly - but all customers will not click that link if they see an attachment in their email.

As another great solution - make the attached pdf contain the exact information as shown in the milestone view. Currently it shows the report default view.
