Search with abbreviations

When searching - it would be extremely helpful if the search function could pick up on abbreviations

ex: type 'Michael Kors' into search bar - any document or task with MK naming should pop up

Then vice versa, when searching MK - anything Michael Kors pops up

This would be helpful especially with documents because typically when saving docs on a computer, we will use the abbreviation with the project name, but then when we go to search, the related project documents don't show up.
