Scheduling Tool - Allow For Selection of Any Task

The Scheduling > Actions > Select Task feature currently only allows the PO/RM to select the "highest" parent task in a project to be selected. Other "lower" parent tasks or child tasks are excluded from selection.

Project plans can have varying hierarchy structures, so the functionality as it is very limiting. The ability to select any task within project plan would be incredibly helpful.
