Scenario Planner - Resource Allocation Input - Re-typing

One of our teams uses the Scenario Planner. They build plans/initiatives using the "Import Projects" button (ie. not custom from scratch) and sometimes modifying timelines.

Their idea:

A setting whereby one can “hold” required resources and total overall hours/FTEs constant in order to shift an initiative timeline to eliminate a resource overallocation. It's tiring to re-enter all required Job Roles manually each time an initiative's timeline changes.
