Run or re-prompt report without saving

A few requests:

1. Ability to run a report without saving it.

2. Ability to re-prompt an existing report with different filters (like for a different time) without saving the new filter.

3. When editing a report, a "Save As" button so you don't have to remember to clone an existing report before editing it.
