Return the ability to edit the status of a timesheet inline from the timesheet list

As part of a recent update, the ability to edit the status of a timesheet inline from the timesheet list was removed. This, coupled with the changes to the overall timesheet list visuals, has made it very difficult to make quick updates and revisions to timesheets.

As a related comment, PLEASE stop removing functionality without understanding the full downstream impacts of doing so. If you feel the need to remove functionality, please consider adding a setting to allow users that WANT to continue to use the functionality being removed, to continue to use it.
