All Resource Scheduling occurs at the task level - but how many times do you have a different resource for the same role within a project? For example, at my organization if we need to design a report, email marketing campaign, and graphics to accompany a social media campaign then we will have one designer complete all the creative deliverables for that project.
Each deliverable has its own flow, with different tasks assigned to this "designer" role. Wouldn't it be great if you could go into a new "People" tab within the activation that listed out all the available roles on the project team? Then, just like bulk editing tasks, you could put a user's name in for that specific role and the system would automatically assign the user to all tasks with that role.
AND if we wanted to get even more fancy, it would be great if the system automatically assigned that user to any other tasks added after the fact that had the designer role designation.
