Requests Queue Filters and "visibility"

I would like a whole raft of options around who can see what Work Queues, rather than the current 4 selections of; anyone, the main company, a specific company or someone shared with the queue. It would be nice to have the option for teams, roles and groups as options as well. I've had to set up "fake" companies to tailor the requests page so only very specific queues show up for specific users.
