Requests counter to include completed requests

When there is an incomplete Request it shows in the left-hand side as Requests (1) but when it's completed it shows as Requests (0) - this is misleading as you might think there are no Requests and never have been any.

Sometimes when we're tracking down amends / where a piece of content has got to, it's useful to see at a glance if there have been any Requests, It would be great to have the option of having it show the number of Requests there are on the project regardless of their complete or incomplete status.
