Request Routing Rules

Is it possible to have if/then statements for creating routing rules?

I believe this would be helpful for when requests have to go to Account Managers/Project Managers to review, approve and turn into a project.

For example, if I have an Account Manager named Jonathan Hobbs and he works on all GAP projects, I would want all GAP projects to flow to him.

So setting up a rule, if the Account Manager is Jonathan Hobbs and the Client is GAP, the request would go to him.

This is a feature we have wished existed for quite some time! For example, we have two different forms for requesting video coverage of an event and still photography. Those two types of requests are handled by two different people. If we could include both on the same form but use an if/then statement to route the two forms to their respective locations, it would save us a ton of time and make our users very happy.

We have a similar need to bypass a Finance team approval if they are not involved in the business case submitted via a custom form. There would be a Yes/No question in our custom form asking " Was a financial analysis required?"
