Request Queues and Custom Forms Visible in Slack Integration

I would like the Slack integration to work more similarly to the Outlook integration. This would have the option to add a Request and for the list of Request Queue's in our instance to display and be chosen from. This would then display the Custom Forms attached to the queue and a Request can be submitted more similarly to the submission within Workfront.

This would make submitting Requests more streamlined for users who are only using the system to submit Requests and give other users another way to action their work.

I agree.  The custom form is also available when submitting a request through Microsoft Teams.  This functionality would be useful in Slack.  Our organization primarily uses Slack.

I just integrated WF into our Slack instance, and I'm astounded to find out that you can't access the request queue and the custom forms from Slack like you can inside Teams!

We can in Teams but not in Slack??  Why??

Adoption is hard enough, this doesn't help!
