Request Permission Requests Should Be Viewable and Trackable

The entirety of a request description for (more) access needs to be viewable and trackable. Right now I have an instance of a request for more access to a report, and I cannot read the whole thing. It shows part of it then has ... at the end. Screen size does not affect what I can see. There is no display page, list, report anything that allows me to "see" requests for more access. When I click on it all it will do is take me to the report in question. I should be able to see these onscreen, whether it's a View or a Report or whatever.
