Request Page Summary Panel Document - Download Option for Non-Viewable Files in Document Preview

Currently in the Request Page Summary Panel for Documents. The Document Preview only support viewing image files. Others non image file will only show the document icon.

It would be great if there's a download option included in the document preview for user to easily download the require files in the summary panel.
