Reporting - Last time hours were logged on a project

It would be great to have date fields for Actual Hours Last Month, Actual Hours This Month, and Actual Hours Last Logged available for filtering.

In our organization, we need to report on any projects where no hours have been logged for more than 30 days. Right now there is a limitation since there is no filter available to drill down to the date. This causes all projects to appear on the report with no trigger to drop off projects after hours are entered.
