Report to monitor API usage activity

The purpose of this feature enhancement request is to enable Sys Admins to build a report to monitor API usage activity.

Currently, there is no way to display other user's API Keys in a report or in an API call, which I understand is done for security purposes. However, I want to generate a report that will tell me if someone is acting as an agent on WF's behalf for my instance. To do this, I request a report that tells me which users in my instance have an API key and what that key is.
