It was brought to our attention that having the headers and project information fixed on the Project View page and allowing the scrolling to only function within the task list itself limits the number of tasks viewable on screen for users. This could have a large impact with users who are already using a smaller screen.
At the very least having this as an option to switch between in Layout templates could benifit users on a per case basis.
