Reassigning Ownership - Change from drop-down to filter as you type field

When changing ownership of a proof or folder, the field for selecting a new owner is a drop down field. This would be much easier if it was a filter as you type field, similar to what is available when creating a new proof. We have over 300 people in our system, so scrolling through the list of everyone is time consuming and prone to error.
