"Reports to" field in user profiles — more than one manager

Hi WF Community,

I think there should be an option to have users report to more than one person. At my agency, often times people will have more than one manager if they work on several different teams. If they want to get vacation time approved, it would be really helpful to have the request route to more than one manager.
