"Hidden" comments

Would like the ability to have "aside" conversations in comments on a specific request/issue within our team without the requester being notified or seeing the conversation. We often have things to discuss among our internal team but don't want the requester to see these comments.

If your requesters are not listed as part of your company, you can accomplish this. If they are, there is a way to get around this in the settings, but I think it hides all comments until you tag them. I agree, though, I wish there was an easier way to "hide" comments on demand.

Agree - need to be able to tag an issue as NOT client-facing or hide issues from client users
