Provide the ability to "categorize" PTO

Provide the ability to categorize PTO, perhaps using a drop-down adjacent to the date itself, and color-code the PTO dates based on the category. For example, I'd like to be able to distinguish between PTO associated to "Vacation" from PTO associated to "Training".
