Proof reviewer / approver delegation by current reviewer / approver

A reviewer/approver of proofs that are assigned to him through an automated workflow should be able to reassign his proof review/approve responsibility to someone "on the fly" without the admin of the proof having to be involved. Whether it be because he's on vacation, wants to distribute his responsibilities, or some other reason.
