Proof Deadlines in My Approvals Tab

After speaking with support the only way we can view a proof deadline is in the proofing screen, or if someone adds a custom message with the deadline we can see it in the proof email notification. Within our team we send several proofs throughout a day, it would be great if the deadline could show with the proof in the My Approvals tab. Then we could quickly determine how to prioritize the proofs without having to click in each one.

    This is a major pain point with our entire team. We recently moved from InMotion to Workfront and having no way to easily see which proofs need attention first is causing stress. Some of our team get over 30 proofs per day and they need to know which ones should get done first.

    The lack of visibility to due dates makes me very happy we did not move more of our groups to Workfront. Those groups deal with many more reviews each day and it would have been a deal breaker for the entire program.

    I agree. This is a huge deal for teams dealing with lots of proofs. This is especially stressful for our Proofreaders who are assigned to nearly every proof. They are having a terrible time trying to prioritize.
