ISSUE: Currently, only proofs that are assigned as APPROVER, REVIEWER/APPROVER or AUTHOR are showing up in users’ home page Awaiting My Approval widget. HUGE barrier to execution: Users who are assigned other roles (READ ONLY, REVIEWER) cannot easily find nor access those proofs.

 

PROPOSED SOLUTION: A dashboard/report/widget that displays ALL proofs a user has been added to REGARDLESS of their role. Either update Awaiting My Approval widget on the new home experience to Awaiting My Review or create a new widget dedicated to Proofs to house all of the user's outstanding proofs in one location (proof role agnostic).

Hey Mike,

 

I spoke with Adobe reps last week and they said that proofs for the REVIEWERS role now show up on the home widget, but still not for other proofing roles like READ ONLY... please reach out to your adobe workfront reps to help continue to push for this.

Great news — the feature you requested is now available in unified approvals! While the feature isn’t available for proofs, it’s fully supported for unified approvals that is going to form part of our unified review and approval experience powered by Workfront and Frame.io. We are making Unified Approvals available to users over the course of several releases. In addition to adding new features, we will also expand the number of accounts for which Unified Approvals are available with each release. If you would like to have Unified Approvals enabled in you production environment, please reach out to your Customer Success or Strategic Account Manager.
