Proof Administrator Access Level

There are many departments within our organization that use Workfront. However, only our Marketing department uses Workfront Proof. There are company administrators for our Marketing department that do not have admin access for Workfront Proof.


I suggest creating a new access level for Company Administrators with the following capabilities:

  • Change Workfront Proof access levels for individuals within their group
  • ‚Provide "Login As" feature for Workfront Proof users

    ‚Instead of adding the "Login As" feature, the PHQ Login feature may be a better solution for Company Admins that use Workfront Proof.
