Prompted Reporting Builder - Various Enhancements

Two ideas based on Custom Prompts below: 1) Prebuilder based on forms 2) sort options

Idea 1: When you build form fields, they become available as a picker for custom prompts. Within a report’s Custom Prompts Options window, a second section could be added where you can type the name of a form field you want to use as a prompt. See image example below.

The name and options are then prepopulated from the form field options. Note: BONUS would be to allow multi select if desired.

Idea 2: Allowing sorting of custom prompts and fields. Highlighted items below:

Bonus: In reports, add a header line item (can be turn on or off) that enable sorting the entire report from headers selections. Also, enable the ability to have the options within the cells be listed in alphabetical order vs random.
