Projects tab or report showing projects shared with User

Users who need to reference projects without being assigned tasks often have a hard time finding projects, leading them to leave updates on their requests, which are easier to find but have already been converted. It is unreasonable to expect these Users to search through the All Projects list or save every project as a favorite, assuming they receive a notification that allows them to navigate to the project in the first place.

The best option would be if these projects would show up in the Projects I'm On tab, or maybe a Shared Projects tab could be added. A secondary option is to be able to create a report that shows all active projects that have been shared with the User, even when the User was not assigned to a task or part of Staffing.
