Project's Company a mandatory field

Hey people,

in some dashsboards and reports based in a project company, when we worked with many companies, some users dont fullfil this field (they leave it blank), and the reports are turn useless, because some informations are missing about the project company.

Since a lot of instances don't even use companies, another way to achieve this would be at the template level to not only include or exclude the built in fields, but determine if they are mandatory or optional.
