Project Lookup field in Custom Data

Have a field type available for Custom Data that allows you to search for a project name. You should be able to add parameters to what can be searched in that field, like portfolio name, etc.

This way when you are using an general issue queue, you can have a field that a person can designate the project the issue is relevant to and it is more efficient then using a text field that could have spelling errors or misnamed projects.
