Print a Proof with Comments-All Pages

Right now when you print a proof, only the pages with comments can print. When you download the original document, the comments are not included. There is no way to print the entire document including the comments. I suggest there be an option to print only the pages with comments, or print the entire document including the comments.

    Jill - in the meantime, we have some accounts that do the PDF export. It downloads all the pages and the comments. The only downside is that the markups are flattened into the image so if you need to move a square or line to see something else, you can't. But this was very helpful to the teams that needed it.
