Preview Image in WebP Format

Hello, our company is interested in using WebP image file format in order to speed up website page loading times. Here is more information on the file format:

https://developers.google.com/speed/webp/

Unfortunately, this format is not viewable directly within Workfront. The images have to be loaded within a separate window outside of Workfront in order to preview. I'd like to request that this image format is viewable just like JPG/PNG's are in the Documents tab.
