Prevent multiple users from editing a same custom form at the same time

I spent hours editing a custom form, only to find out I had a separate window open to edit the same custom form. When trying to save, a pop-up message asked "Whose changes would you like to keep?". Gulp. The entire message read: "It looks like Ray saved a new version of this while you were making your changes. Saving now will overwrite that work. Whose changes would you like to keep?".

To avoid this from happening, it would be great if Workfront prevented a duplicate window from opening if another window was open for making edits. Maybe a pop-up that said "Hey Dummy, you're already making edits in another window". This would be useful if an instance has more than one Sys Admin too.

Dan (Workfront Support) recommended opening another window to see if changes had been saved. Fortunately, they had, so the windows were closed using the browser "X" instead of responding to the pop-up and choosing which edits to save.
