Portfolio Optimization - Bring back Project Prioritization full screen mode.

The new layout removed the full screen mode for prioritization. We would like to have the feature back. We prioritize projects regularly, scrolling up and down becomes a tedious process. We would like the option back or a way to reduce the ribbon.
