Populate requester's name on the Create Project page

I find that I sometimes forget who the requester is once I get to the screen where I turn the Request into a Project, after having attached a template.

It would be nice if the person requesting populated under Basic Information or somewhere near the top. Because we assign the requester as Project Sponsor, it's something I need to know once I get to that screen.
