Pop up for document approvals
My team works all day long with workfront closed. They open workfront only to write their hours in the timesheet and a little in the morning to be award with something new in Mywork. However, the need to be informed when a document approval arrives, so they would like something different from an email, in fact they receive one in this moment. They would like to see a window popping out in their screen with a little writing saying: "You have just received a document to approve in Workfront".
The best way is an example. If I am working in Excel, my Workfront closed, and I receive a document to approve, I would like to see this on my computer screen:
