PHQ Workflows by job function vs user name

It would be much more effective and efficient to be able to build workflows for routing/approvals based on job function vs user name. 1) When a client has more then one team, it would be easier to set workflow rules that work across all teams, no matter who's on the team. 2) When a client has multiple teams and the teams can fluctuate frequently due to workload shifts, it would allow the workflow rules to work without having to continually update them.

    This would be very helpful. For my team specifically, we would like the proof workflow to automatically populate with the project sponsor so we don't have to add the sponsor manually each time.
