Pasting Clipboard Imagery in Proof comment

Some of our users really like Workfront's ability to paste imagery from the clipboard (in requests, or to create documents). Those same users would really like that same functionality in the Proof viewer, so they can comment and paste their clipboard imagery (instead of having to open an image editor, save it locally, then upload the file to the comment).
