Parent Task Inherit Cancelled Child task Cancelled Status

In a project we have multiple parent tasks that act as a deliverable and the child tasks are the tasks that need to be completed for the deliverable to happen.

Sometimes the go live date may move but the client doesn't know exactly when the date will move to yet so all tasks will be changed to on hold or cancelled. Even though all child tasks have one of these status' the parent task is still 'New'.

We would like, in the same way that when all child tasks are 'Complete' the parent changes to 'Complete', that if all uncompleted child tasks are on hold or cancelled this would also reflect on the parent task too.
