For projects where we bill the customer based on time and materials, our users usually setup custom billing rates for each job role within their projects. It works properly for task hours, but it doesn't work for issue hours or project hours. Our users often record a lot of hours in issues, and this results in creating incorrect billing records.
This request is to make it possible to apply those custom job role billing rates for all hours within the project, not just tasks.
