Option to require notes on Time Entries
It would be great if we could add functionality to force the addition of notes on a time entry. This would be something you could require when setting up a specific hour type that would be used under general hours. It would also be great to see it as something you can enable at the project or task level as well (this would obviously require the notes functionality to be carried through to time entry on those objects directly).
