Option to Automatically Subscribe to Projects I Sponsor

In the user notification settings (under "Information about Projects I Sponsor"), I would like to see an option to "Automatically subscribe to projects I sponsor."

Many of our users take the extra step of manually subscribing to each project they sponsor to ensure they do not miss updates. It would be ideal to automate this process by turning on a single setting in their user profile.
