Option to add additional decision at the Task/Document Level

We would like the ability to add another decision at the task/document level to streamline our process. We use automated workflows for decisions. Having only two decision options: approval or rejection, causes the team to have additional conversations (and delays) which a button for Approved with Changes would solve.
