Users have one login for the Workfront Customer Experience site integrated with SSO or PING identity would all for users to that a better experience with one common login for all Workfront sites.
Organizations utilizing SSO for login/authentication to Workfront must have a second set of credentials for logging into the support site (support.workfront.com). According to customer support, this is not the case for organizations not using SSO. Needless to say, the entire point of using SSO (SAML2, etc) is to streamline account creation and user access, so unifying the login experience on the support site is a feature that organizations using SSO for authentication definitely need.
