One Column with Status and Icon instead of Status and Status Icons

The Status field on Requests displays the icon (dot) color and the status, i.e., [green dot] [In Progress]. It would be helpful if we had the same option for Projects. Status Icons is great, but sometimes having a consistent "view" is easier for the users to consume.
