Notify Project Owners when Resource Managers Assign or Change Resource

Right now, if a resource manager changes or assigns a resource for a task, the project owner is not notified.

It would be helpful to know when a resource is changed and not just be surprised that it was changed.

We don't use the resource manger tool to assign open tasks because of this.

    Agreed. It would help the Project Owners know when someone has changed something on their schedules. We have a case where we don't assign QA resources until the project is in the completion stages, and they would like to be notified when we assign. Thank you!

    My Team Leaders/owners want to see when their team members are assigned to any projects. This would be excellent.
