Notifications for Project Owner and Project Manager when a project is created

Looking to have a notification setup that would notify the project owner that they've successfully entered a project within a custom form. The option of having a person, role, or team/group to be notified via email would be most ideal.

This would be so valuable! so many projects slip through the cracks because we don't know they were even submitted.
