Notifications for new SSO users

At this time the functionality to set up default email notifications when a new user is added via SSO is not available. For our organization SSO was primarily set up for people that are submitting a project request. They only need a limited number of notifications. It would be great if we could autogenerate this instead of having to do a bulk edit daily to change notification settings.
