New Role - Group Admin (or Company Admin)

I believe this request is similar to this ask:

• SEPARATE COMPANY / RESOURCE POOLS

But my angle is as follows:

- The ability to have the System Admin grant increased but limited access to edit Custom Forms and Fields. As it pertains to only their Group<s> or Company.

- This would silo the fields and forms so that each company/group can reuse field names but have unique data contained in them.

- as well as safeguard or preserve the integrity of the fields/forms

- tracker or change log of who updated a field/form last and what was changed

Since we have many "departments" using Workfront common names for fields become a problem. Including when lists of values in a field need to be tweaked.
